I got a leadership position on my floor at school. My title is discipleship assistant. Basically I organize floor worship and I'm there for any girl who needs prayer or someone to talk to. I have the privilege of arriving before the freshman and helping the RA decorate our floor. So this afternoon I was working on some cool decorations and watching YouTube. This video popped up and made me smile. It sort of made me think about my role as DA. As an upperclassman and spiritual leader, I want to make sure the girls on my floor smile everyday and realize that each one of them is AWESOME!
